Please take the time as a Homeowner to register on this website. This will provide the HOA Board an up to date list of all homeowners for our records and mailings. It will also allow you further access to the site in regards to ACC Approval forms, Budget numbers, HOA Meeting Minutes and our online Homeowner Directory.
Please see the additional admendments to the Protective Covenants which have been filed by the WCWS HOA Attorney and are now a part of the existing covenants.
Notes:
-
Yearly Homeowner Dues are due by May 1st of each year.
-
Please observe neighborhood speed limits. While we have many children we have none to spare!
-
Please curb your dog; you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in all common and private areas!
- We have several areas of our subdivision where people park on the street. Many people believe that in the case of a fire, the fire trucks or ambulances will simply “bash” their way through to get to the fire or emergency. This is not true. They will park and go door to door, asking people to move their car while a house burns down. It is their legal responsibility. Please be aware of this when you choose to park on the street. Per our ACC Design Standards it is not permissible to park overnight in the street except for special events or occasions. The Cobb County Police will be called in the future to have vehicles moved.

Need a Closing Letter? If you are selling your home, please remember to inform the HOA of your closing date so that a letter of good standing can be submitted to your closing attorney. Please allow 5 days for the proper paperwork to be submitted to the closing attorney. This must be done regardless of whether it is an assumed mortgage or not. All paperwork must be documented. Please email the board at hoa.wcws@gmail.com with your requests.
